whereabouts
I am not a Shinto believer, but drop in at a Shinto shrine in the middle of work well.
Many of Shinto shrines are covered to a big tree, water flows calmly and I can forget the noise.

早いもんだね。８月に入ってしまった。
身辺が忙しいのでついつい写真を撮りそびれてしまうけれど、
なんだかんだ言ってここも来月で一年が経ちます。
ここ最近は北海道も湿度が高くて寝苦しい日が多いです。
昼間どんなに暑くても、夜になるとひんやりするのが北海道らしいのだけど、
今のところちょっと北海道らしくないかな。
体いたわってね。

あ、やっぱりこれが一番涼しそうだ（笑）。もう8月ですねぇ。でもまだ梅雨明けしてないらしいです。どうなってんの。じりじり暑い日もやっぱり欲しいなぁと思うこのごろです。

I love the first shot. Best water pciture I have seen in ages. And the atmosphere - black and white is just perfect here! I am glad I found this link (random function of the photoblogring, actually).
